Oak Hill Country Club is a private, member-owned club, located in Fitchburg, Massachusetts. The Club was established in 1921 and has an eighteen-hole golf course
Oak Hill Country Club had its beginning in 1917 when a few golf enthusiasts secured Rose Farm, and during the next three years purchased adjacent property.
The golf course was laid out in the spring of 1919 by Wayne E. Stiles and built under his supervision during that year and 1920. The course was open for play on July 4, 1921, and the Clubhouse officially opened on Labor Day of the same year.
In the year 1925, additional land was secured on the eastern side of Oak Hill Road, and during the years 1926 and 1927, the second nine holes were added, completing the course. This addition was built under the direction of Donald Ross. The new nine holes were formally opened on July 30, 1927, when Tommy Armour and Johnny Farrell gave an exhibition.
Oak Hill Country Club golf course plays to a par of 71 and a maximum distance of 6,532 yards for a course rating of 71.9 and a slope rating of 129.

Very friendly and accomodating. Classy overall. Great track with much difficulty and long holes. Nice views from vistas and must be beautiful in autumn.

Haven't played there in years and was excited to play there twice this year. Some fairways were just coming back from a bad early spring, but still better than average. Outstanding staff, greens are firm and undulating making this a real "Open" set up. The back side is oh so difficult, and in my mind that is all set up by your tee shots. If I lived 15 miles closer I would join there in a minute, keeping my current membership as well of course.
